این درس به صورت سه واحدی در مقطع کارشناسی مهندسی شیمی تدریس می شود. سرفصل درس: فصل اول: خواص سیال - تعریف علم مکانیک سیالات -مقدمه بر واحدهای مهندسی -تعریف پیوستار(Continuum ) -کشش سطحی -تعریف سیال -معرفی قانون ویسکوزیته نیوتن -تعریف ویسکوزیته و واحدهای آن -سیالات نیوتنی و غیر نیوتنی -حل چندین مثال در مورد قانون ویسکوزیته نیوتن - مدول الاستیسیته بالک فصل دوم: استاتیک سیالات فصل سوم: دینامیک سیالات فصل چهارم: اثرات ویسکوز و جریان در لوله ها
